We have a number of weekday morning or afternoon 'slots' available in the Rudd Room.
This is a self-contained ground floor room, with kitchen and WC, all accessible to the disabled.
It has a capacity of up to 50, depending on layout, and is suitable for meetings, activities or events.

We are very proud to announce that earlier this year we achieved yet another quality standard for our cask ales.
As established holders of the Cask Marque accreditation, we have been accepted into the exclusive 'Oakademy of Excellence', being the only outlet in this area to hold that qualification.
For the cask ale drinker there is now a choice of four real ales at all times with a permanent offering from Oakham Ales, including some brews only available to Oakademy member outlets!

A timely reminder that all memberships were due for renewal on 1st April 2011.
2011/2012 membership costs £7 per adult member and £3.50 per youth member aged 13-17. It's a lot of Club for just a few pence a week!
If you've renewed already, thank you! If not please be prepared to renew your membership on your next visit to the Club.
Now that we are able to take card payments over the bar, the old excuse of only having enough cash in your pocket for a pint won't wash... PLUS there is no minimum transaction charge if you pay your membership by card!

Officially launching on Saturday 8th October at our 28th Anniversary Weekend bash, our project to get a lift installed between the ground floor and first floor has already received approval from the community.
There are currently a number of groups and individuals who find access to the first floor Clubroom or Function Room very difficult or even impossible. A lift would open up our facilities to everyone, and that is the aim of this project.
We look forward to receiving your support for our plans and fundraising efforts, and will keep you up-to-date with regular progress reports.
